Returns

From the date you receive your order, you have a 14-day window to contact our customer service team to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. All orders returned outside of this period, will be returned.

Send an email to Jellosociety@gmail.com and mention:

- Order number
- Full name

All items must be in original sale condition.

Returns will be thoroughly checked and we reserve the right to reject returns based on condition issues.

Please note that all customers are responsible for return shipment costs. Our team will provide you with a shipping label. If you choose to arrange your own shipping, you will be responsible for the shipment in case of loss or damage. International clients must ensure the customs declaration is filled in as a return.
